Competition Terms & Conditions

These terms, conditions, and rules apply to the NEU Marketing Social Media Competition (“the competition”), which is the only active competition being run by NEU Marketing.

  1. When does the competition start and end?
  • The competition starts at 19:00pm 01 February 2023 and will run for 1 month.
  • The organizers have the right to change to duration of the competition period. 
  1. How to enter the competition?
  • Like our page, share this post and tag the person or page who you think needs this prize the most in the comment section! 
  1. Prizes
  • Prizes will be shown in the competition posts.
  • Prizes are limited to one person.
  • Prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.
  • Images used in the promotion materials are an approximation of the prizes and actual products may differ in appearance.
  • Any website prize is limited to a basic 3 page website (no store) and will only be given 1 review, all content will be requested from the winner and must be provided in a timely manner, website will be built according to NEU Marketing’s schedule availability, prize does not include monthly maintenance or hosting costs, no training for handover will be done.
  • Any social media prize will be limited to NEU Marketing sending you the designed posts, NEU marketing will not post the content for you, all content for the posts should be provided by the winner with the guidance from NEU Marketing, Posts will be eligible to one review each.
  • Any Digital brochure prize includes the design of a double sides A4 page that can be converted up to a trifold as well as an A4 Scan page that can be printed (at own cost) and displayed as needed, hosting will be free for 6 months and will be charged at R250 per month after that. 
  1. How will winners be notified?
  • Following the draw, winners will be contacted via Direct Message on Facebook.
  • Winners may also be announced via Social Media platforms available to NEU Marketing; however, this does not constitute proper notification to the winner, who will still be contacted via Direct Message on Facebook. 
  1. What happens if NEU Marketing cannot contact the winner, or if the winner does not accept the prize?
  • NEU Marketing does not accept any responsibility for the non-delivery of the message notification to the winner.
  • If a prize is not claimed within 7 days of the prize-winner being announced and/or notified, the winner will forfeit the prize and another prize-winner will be drawn. 
  1. General
  • Winners will be randomly drawn.
  • Duplicate entries will be removed from the list of entrants.
  • NEU Marketing reserves the right to disqualify an entry if there are reasonable grounds to believe that they are in breach of any of the above terms.
  • In the case of any disputes regarding these rules, the decision of NEU Marketing will be final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.
  • NEU Marketing reserves the right to alter, amend, or close the competition as necessary.
  • By entering this competition, you agree to the T’s and C’s set out above.
